Do you also feel like you're caught in these "limbo" times, where work has pretty much gone back to normal (for some it never really changed, either because they've always been WFH or they have had to continue commuting to a workplace throughout the pandemic), while all other aspects of our lives have not?
As we receive tonight new guidelines and timeframes to look forward to in the coming months, we still cannot socialise, play sports or experience any activity like we used to. So how can we keep ourselves motivated, interactive and entertained now and until we are allowed back to those essential human needs?
PLAY! "While play is crucial for a child’s development, it is also beneficial for people of all ages. Play can add joy to life, relieve stress, supercharge learning, and connect you to others and the world around you." [Read: The Benefits of Play for Adults]
There are plenty of ways to create, build and maintain your wellbeing, even if you're still stuck at home...(as long as you have broadband). Having seen first hand what #DnD5e can do to someone's wellbeing, here are a few more suggestions one can sign up to, without necessarily having to commit to anything reocurring or long term.
However, although play is usually associated with spontaneity of action, scheduling play just as we would schedule a workout or meeting could make us happier, more joyful.
Regular play -be it for one hour, three hours or 15 minutes- gives us permission to escape our worries and be present to others and to ourselves. So if you prefer to play solo, or you choose to organise a fun (remote) game night with a few friends, whatever you do make sure you keep having fun!

And since it is not brought to you like in the good old days, when you could just step outside your home and be choosing from tons of options, create it yourself.
ON YOUR MARKS. GET SET. PLAY!!!

June 7, 1995. 1:15 AM.
You arrive home after a year abroad. You expect your family to greet you, but the house is empty. Something's not right. Where is everyone? And what's happened here?
Gone home is an interactive exploration simulator. Interrogate every detail of a seemingly normal house to discover the story of the people who live there. Open any drawer and door. Pick up objects and examine them to discover clues. Uncover the events of one family's lives by investigating what they've left behind. Go home again.

The Grand Cru estate, situated on the fertile slopes of the Loire Valley in France, is a small family run vineyard with considerable rustic charm and appeal.
The owners of the estate, Max and Demi Liter, regularly host wine tasting evenings which allow their guests to sample the latest bottlings and place orders ahead of the big conglomerates.
Unfortunately for the guests this evening, the vintage had more body than they were expecting. Max Liter has been discovered dead in a vat of wine.
